Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country, such as 16 in parts of the European Economic Area) to use the Apps. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. Certain Apps may carry higher age ratings as set by the App Store or Google Play; you must meet those ratings to use those Apps.

2. Your Account

Some features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. License to Use the Apps

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, GrowMore Devs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use the Apps on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Apps for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract source code, except as expressly permitted by law.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Apps.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Apps, servers, or networks.
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Apps without our prior written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Upload, post, or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Attempt to circumvent in-app purchase, subscription, or licensing mechanisms.
• Use the Apps to develop competing products or services.

5. User Content

Some Apps may allow you to submit, upload, or share content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant GrowMore Devs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, and use the User Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Apps.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party right. We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Apps, including all software, content, design, trademarks, logos, and other materials, are owned by GrowMore Devs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. “GrowMore Devs” and the GrowMore Devs logo are trademarks of GrowMore Devs. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

7. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Some Apps offer optional in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions:

• Payments are processed by the platform on which you purchased the App (Apple App Store or Google Play). We do not collect or store your payment card details.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings or Google Play account settings, as applicable.
• Refunds, where available, are governed by Apple's or Google's refund policies, and we have limited ability to issue refunds directly.
• Free trials, if offered, convert into paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Prices, features, and availability may change. We will provide notice of material changes where required.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

The Apps may interact with or contain links to third-party services, content, or websites that are not controlled by GrowMore Devs. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

9. Updates & Modifications

We may release updates, patches, and new versions of the Apps from time to time. Updates may add, change, or remove features. You may need to install updates to continue using the Apps.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information.

11. Disclaimers

THE APPS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. GROWMORE DEVS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL GROWMORE DEVS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APPS OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APPS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD ONE HUNDRED (US$100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GrowMore Devs and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Apps, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Apps at any time and may request account deletion by following the steps in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 5–6 and 11–17.

15. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you obtained an App from the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are concluded between you and GrowMore Devs only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• Any product warranties are GrowMore Devs's responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation. If the App fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any).
• GrowMore Devs is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance, and consumer protection claims.
• In the event of a third-party intellectual property claim, GrowMore Devs (not Apple) is solely responsible for investigation, defense, and settlement.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a 'terrorist supporting' country and that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you upon your acceptance.

16. Google Play Additional Terms

If you obtained an App from the Google Play Store:

• You acknowledge that Google is not responsible for the App, its content, or any claims arising from it.
• Your use of the App is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
• GrowMore Devs, not Google, is responsible for support, warranty, and any product liability claims.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and applicable mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Apps will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan, except where prohibited by applicable law.

You agree that any claim must be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you by in-App notice or email. Your continued use of the Apps after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GrowMore Devs regarding the Apps. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
