1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide and improve the Apps. The types of information we may collect include:
- Account Information. When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, password (hashed), profile photo, and any other information you choose to provide.
- Device & Technical Information. Device model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information, IP address, browser type, language settings, and time zone.
- Usage Data. Pages or screens you view, features you use, actions you take, session duration, frequency of use, crash logs, and performance data.
- Location Information. With your permission, precise (GPS) or approximate location to enable location-based features. You may revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
- Camera, Microphone & Photos. Only if you grant permission and only to enable the specific feature you request (e.g., uploading a profile picture, recording audio in-app, scanning a document). Media stays on your device or is processed for the requested feature only.
- Contacts. Only with your explicit consent, and only to enable features such as inviting friends. We do not continuously sync or store your address book on our servers unless required for the requested feature.
- Push Tokens. If you opt into notifications, we collect the push token issued by Apple Push Notification service (APNs) or Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send you notifications.
- Purchase Information. If you make in-app purchases or subscribe, the transaction is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive a receipt and purchase identifier, but we do not collect or store your full payment card details.
- Support Communications. Any information you provide when contacting support, submitting feedback, or reporting a bug.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Apps and their features.
- Create and manage your account and authenticate you.
- Process transactions and manage subscriptions.
- Send transactional messages (account, security, purchase confirmations) and, if you opt in, marketing communications.
- Send push notifications you have enabled.
- Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve user experience.
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. Permissions Requested by the Apps
Depending on the App and the feature you use, we may request the following device permissions. You can grant or deny each permission, and revoke it at any time in your device settings.
- Location — for location-based features such as nearby search, maps, or delivery tracking.
- Camera — to scan QR codes, capture profile photos, or take pictures inside the App.
- Photos / Media / Files — to upload images or documents you select.
- Microphone — for voice messages, voice search, or in-call features.
- Contacts — to help you find friends or share content (only with explicit consent).
- Notifications — to send you alerts and updates.
- Bluetooth / Nearby Devices — to connect with paired devices where the App offers such features.
- Biometric (Face ID / Touch ID / Fingerprint) — for optional biometric sign-in. Biometric data never leaves your device.
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to operate the Apps. These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy commitments. Examples include:
- Firebase (Google LLC) — authentication, cloud messaging, crash reporting, analytics, and remote configuration. Firebase Privacy.
- Google Analytics for Firebase — anonymized usage analytics.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — distribution, in-app purchases, and subscription management.
- Crash & Performance Tools (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry) — diagnostic information when the App crashes or performs poorly.
- Payment & Subscription Providers (e.g., Apple, Google, Stripe, RevenueCat) — to process transactions securely. We do not store full card numbers.
- Customer Support & Email (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk, SendGrid, Mailgun) — to respond to your inquiries and send transactional email.
- Hosting & Storage (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean) — to host backend services and store user-generated content securely.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it:
- With service providers who process data on our behalf under written agreements.
- With other users, where you choose to share content publicly within the App.
- To comply with applicable law, legal process, or enforceable government request.
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of GrowMore Devs, our users, or others.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users.
- With your explicit consent or at your direction.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it.
7. Account Deletion & Your Choices
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time:
- Use the in-App option (typically Settings → Account → Delete Account), where available.
- Or email us at info@growmoredevs.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” including your registered email or user ID.
We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records). Anonymized aggregate data may be retained for analytics.
You may also:
- Access, correct, or export your personal data.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link.
- Disable push notifications or revoke device permissions in your device settings.
- Reset your advertising identifier (Apple IDFA / Google Advertising ID) in your device settings.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from such children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it. Some Apps may be rated for older audiences only under App Store and Google Play age-rating guidelines.
9. International Data Transfers
Information we collect may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Union, where our service providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect data transferred internationally.
10. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest where applicable, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your Rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, & Others)
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Right of access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure (right to be forgotten).
- Right to restrict or object to processing.
- Right to data portability.
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
- California residents: right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information).

12. Cookies & Similar Technologies
Our Apps may use local storage, SDKs, and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and measure performance. You can clear App data through your device settings.
13. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's and Google's respective policies.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by in-App notice or email. Continued use of the Apps after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
